Bay 2 Beach w/Jerrod Niemann & Hunter Hayes

Bay 2 Beach Festival was so much fun!! I felt the hometown love in Clearwater, FL. I kicked off the day opening up the show and saw so many familiar faces in the front row. Some of you even had hand written posters with my lyrics on them!! Later on I got to hear a new rising artist, Stephanie Quayle, who did amazing, and then of course Jerrod Niemann and Hunter Hayes!!  They were incredible! One of my favorite things to do at festivals I play is to step into the audience afterwards and be a fan girl myself. I always like to remind myself to keep being the country music fan I’ve always been as a keep pursuing my own career.

Hunter Hayes was sweet to take the time to talk with me before and after the show. He is incredibly talented, capable of playing over twenty instruments, and is humble on top of that! This show was another night in the books and one to never forget. Thank you to 99.5 QYK and City of Clearwater for your support and having me apart of the show. Most of all, thank YOU for continuing to support, share my music, and show up to these shows! You guys are what keep me playing and writing music, so thank you. You guys rock!

Summer Never Ends

This summer has been one for the books! Not only did I check off boxes from my bucket list, but I was able to play music from coast-to-coast and meet so many new friends and fellow country music lovers. I spent a lot of time in the panhandle of Florida, where a piece of my heart will always be, and then made my way back and forth along the Gulf side to my hometown in the Tampa Bay area. There’s nothing like being surrounded by family and friends who have supported my dreams every step of the way and continue to do so. I love Nashville, but it’s refreshing to play for people who are eager for new music. Plus, who doesn’t love playing on a sandy beach with a sunset for background lighting?

I even stepped foot on California sand for the first time. People were right, the weather is absolutely perfect! I played in Santa Monica at the Sonoma Wine Garden and Village Pub, and Music Heals Theatre in Palm Springs. Exploring along the way, I adventured through LA, Venice Beach, Hollywood, and even Disneyland!! I’m so grateful for the friends I met while I was in California. There were definitely moments where I wasn’t exactly sure what my plans were, but hey, I’m just trying to live the gypsy life!

I know summer is technically over, but for me it’s a state of mind. The sun’s always shining and that feeling of freedom is still burning. The cure for anything is saltwater, so book a trip to Florida or California… where summer really never ends!

Well you can catch your FL girl debuting her first Music/TV  live performance on a spin off reality series called “A Duggar Leaves Home.” Aubrey will be performing a clip of “Summer Never Ends”  during an open mic that happens during the episode. Summer Never Ends… in St. Maarten

A couple weeks ago my family took me on my FIRST cruise! A dose of sunshine and salt water was exactly what this Florida girl needed to getaway. We went on the Norwegian Epic ship to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Bahamas, & the Virgin islands. Absolutely BEAutiful! But no matter how far I go, I  always bring my music with me.

The BEST part of the trip was going to St. Maarten and meeting a steel drum band that asked me to jam with them! Such a COOL feeling to sing a few of their favorite songs and have them learn one of mine! These guys were incredible and SO nice! Seems like a perfect excuse to go back to the islands sometime… 🙂
